Papi (white girl) and Pesky (black & tan boy)

Meet Papi (pronouced Poppy).

Pesky and Papi arrived safely on Mother's day. They are with their foster homes and adjusting to the transition. It was a long and emotional day for them and their owner who had to bid them a tearful goodbye. It was a very sad a long goodbye. Their mom has Multiple Sclerosis and must move to an assisted living place, where Pesky and Papi are not permited. She has entrusted BlueMoon to find new loving homes for her fur children.

Both dogs are in great health, friendly, and very sweet. It is obvious that they are loved and well cared for companions. Papi is a female and almost 4 yrs old. They need some time to adjust and are missing their mom. They are getting lots of love and emotional support to help them.

They are up-to-date with their vaccinations and altered. We will post more info on them ASAP. The transfer has been a real emotional upheavel and we are receiving more details from their mom when she is able to discuss the transition. This information will help us in finding their new homes.

Papi is doing great in her foster home.  She has settle into the pack and is fine with the two resident males. She is sweet and friendly to people; but does not have to be a "in your face" dog all the time. She has fine house manners.

She has quickly assume top canine status, at least in her mind.
