Punkin is a great little boy, much smaller than he looks in the first pics.  He is being well socialized, is a very loving little guy, that loves to give kisses and never stops wagging his tail, even when he is trying to settle in for one of his many naps.  He gets along very well with his foster friends, both dogs and cats.  He can't seem to figure out what a ferret is yet, but he is working on it!  

Punkin does great with children, he has been through our twins 2nd birthday party and loved all the attention he recieved.  Fetching a ball is one of his favorite play time activities and he is becoming very good at it.  Walking on a lead is done very well for a 9 week old pup, he'll keep up with us, as well as his much larger foster brother and sister dogs.  This little guy sleeps through the entire night and has not had 1 accident in his crate yet! 

He already knows what it means to go outside and does so very well.  Even though he is still a little pup, we can see he is going to be a great boy for some lucky person.

May 13, 2006 Update:

Hello Mike and Dee! Punkin's first night and day went. He did have a few accidents in the house, but considering all he's gone through it didn't really surprise us. Now that we've all gotten on to a tentative schedule - he's been just fine. He does not like to stay in his crate however. :-) He was very vocal about it last night, but quieted down once he got between Rob and I in bed, and he spent the rest of the night curled up there. :-) Aislan had a ball chasing and be chased around the yard today. We are enjoying his sweet face and spunky attitude.

The only one who isn't enjoying him is Meowser - but we're sure in time she'll get over it. Thanks to both of you for all your hard work. He is a good boy, and we are glad to have him as a part of our family! Take Care! Hi guys, we finally got some pictures around, so I thought I'd send them along. Punkin is doing good - still terrorizing our cat! Poor guy, I think he gets really bored not having another dog around all the time to play with. And he trys to play with Meowser, but she just won't stand for it!  She is starting to come around though. It's pretty funny to see them pick on each other. The first few pics are of Kaiya, my sister's dog, and Punkin playing. They really seem to enjoy each other's company!
