Scruffy and Daisy are two 3 yrs old female Chihuahuas. They are sisters and about 5-6 lbs each. Their owner became too ill to care for them and now is on oxygen. He sadly took them to a Ky shelter. They were very stressed at the shelter and needed out ASAP. They were so frightened in a noisy shelter they would not even let the shelter take their picture. The thoughtful shelter director felt so bad for them she contacted BlueMoon and asked us to help them. We gladly accepted them into our program. The shelter and our wonderful transport network filled their transport. They will arrive Christmas eve.
Update 12-25-06:
Just to let everyone know that Scuffy and Daisy arrived safely and are now quietly resting. MERRY CHRISTMAS LITTLE ONES!
